Quick & Affordable Deck Reinforcement for Hot Tubs, Sunrooms, Etc. – Winnipeg, Manitoba

Do you own a deck that has a spring-like bounce that you wish to solidify?

Did you just purchase a hot tub that your deck wasn’t originally built to support?

Do you want to convert your existing deck into a enclosed space?

If you answered “YES” to any of these questions, VersaPile Premium Foundations can help.

Our equipment is designed to allow us to install piles under existing structures.  Other than having to install piles within 7 feet of the deck’s exterior, all we require is a minimum 10″ X 10″ opening in the floor so we can drop the pile in from above.  See the sequence below for an example of a 20 by 20 foot deck which has too much spring in the middle and needs to be reinforced.  In this example the piles would be just less than 7 feet apart and only 4 decks boards would need to be removed to allow access.

Existing Deck Lacks Support

With 4 deck boards removed, we can install 4 additional piles

A new beam is run, the deck boards are reinstalled and there is now ample support

We can also install piles at an angle and get them in place just under a deck’s perimeter.

Before you elect to tear down your deck and perform a costly rebuild, give us a call and see if deck reinforcement using Postech Thermal Piles might not make more sense.
