Another New Build Home Foundation on Postech Thermal Piles

Below is a picture of a piling job completed by Postech Winnipeg for a new home build in the East St. Paul / Narol, Manitoba area just outside of Winnipeg.

The basement is dug down 11 feet below grade and the screw piles are installed to 20 to 25 feet deep to total refusal.  Once installed each helical screw pile is marked according to a laser level and trimmed to just the right height.  Once installed, there is no curing time required and the form-work can begin.
